Athletic Training
Athletic training goes beyond traditional weight training by focusing on improving overall athletic performance through a variety of dynamic exercises and drills that enhance agility, speed, strength, and power. Unlike traditional weight training, which often concentrates on isolated muscle groups, athletic training integrates movements that mimic real-world sports scenarios, promoting functional strength and injury prevention. This approach is especially beneficial for athletes and young athletes, as it helps develop the physical and mental attributes necessary for excelling in their respective sports, fostering a foundation for lifelong fitness and peak performance.

My Philosophy
My approach to training is grounded in scientific principles and essential movement patterns, with the goal of providing athletes with a strong foundation. I believe that it is of the utmost importance to establish this base before gradually increasing training intensity and exercise complexity to target strength, speed and power gains. Using a combination of fundamental and sport-specific training methods, my goal is to optimize the athletic potential and performance of each athlete we work with. I specialize in creating workout programs for hockey, basketball, lacrosse and volleyball players.
