At Spotlight Athletic Development, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all clients and trainers. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled session or package start date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. Online Waiver: All clients must complete our online waiver form before their first session. Failure to complete the waiver may result in the session being rescheduled or forfeited. By booking with Spotlight, you agree to these terms.
